Kris sends this message about lodging: Here is lodging information for those interested. The block of rooms will be held until June 4th, so reservations must be made before that day. Since it's a major holiday weekend, rooms will go fast, so if you want to stay there call soon. Best Western Gold Country Inn Mary sends this information: Mark & I stayed at the Best Western Gold Country Inn in Grass Valley a few weeks back and I struck up a conversation with a manager there saying that a group of our family had used their facility in the years past for our family reunion. I told her that we had another reunion coming up on the weekend of July 2nd - 4th, 2010. Her name is: Corrie Vallance. The address is: She suggested that if we wanted to hold a block of rooms we should do it pretty soon. I realize that the accommodations aren't probably as nice as the newer Holiday Inn Express, but I thought that it was a competitive price. It's a bit older, but I like the location. There's a great local breakfast place that Bev took us to a stones throw away.
